Q. What is the difference between a life coach and therapist?
Simply put, a life coach is mainly future focused, and a therapist is mainly past focused. If you want to work on creating a brighter future for you and your family, a life coach may be just what you need.
Q. What should I expect for the weekly coaching calls?
There will be 1 call each week for 45 minutes. 45 minutes of you time. 45 minutes of your husband or neighbor watching the babe so you can come back a better mama. Bring your journal, a workbook, or simply just you with an open mind.
Q. Do I need to have purchased your workbooks to work with you?
It is preferred, though not required. Many worksheets inside those workbooks will help organize your mind in ways you didn’t know you needed.
Q. What if I miss a call, or just simply don’t have time one week?
You have access to me more than just one day a week for 45 minutes. Message me if you’re going to miss a call. Then send a message with what you’d like to talk about that week regardless, and we will make a plan.
